Leila's GI appointment

Leila had her follow up GI appointment today. She weighed in at 17 pounds 15 ounces. Not quite a pound bigger than last time, but almost. She measured 31 1/2 inches!! That is an inch and a half taller than last month!! Geeze, she's a weed. She has no problem getting taller, but she just can't get fat. The doctor was happy that she had gained weight and is going to let us be for a bit. I am so happy about that! We need to report in her weight a few times to him. July is her 18 month check up, so we'll call with that weight, then he said I could just come in to the office whenever I'd like to have her weighed and not be charged a co-pay (thank goodness cause those co-pays add up!) He wants to have a follow up appointment in 4-5 months just to check and see how she's doing and to make sure she is not falling off her curve. By then after pounding down all the Scandishakes and cheese covered everything she should be chubby and maybe we can put an end to this weight debate!
