Memorial Weekend

We spent the first part of the weekend in Houston. On Friday Justin and I took Leila to my favorite place in Houston, the waterwall. She had a good time looking at the giant waterfall and running in the field after the birds. After that we all went over to the country club for what was supposed to be lunch, but found out once we got there the kitchen didn't open until 5, so we hung out by the pool and let Leila play on the playground for a while until it was time for dinner. Saturday was my good friend Seth's wedding, and Justin's birthday! The wedding was beautiful. Leila was such a good little girl the whole time and looked so precious in her little white halter dress. She loved the cheese they were serving during cocktail hour. She probably had a pound of it! The reception was at the bride Rachelle's cousin's house, a very nice house on a lake. Leila loved the lake, it had a big fountain right in the middle and she stood by the fence for quite some time yelling at it!! After the reception we decided to drive back up to Austin. Justin wanted to spend the remainder of his birthday at home! We had dinner at his restaurant of choice (Fuddruckers! LoL) with my brother. It has been a very nice and relaxing weekend so far.
